Key Responsibilities:
• Bar Service: Prepare and serve drinks in a professional and efficient manner.
• Gaming Area Support: Assist with the smooth operation of the gaming floor, including monitoring machines and providing excellent customer service to gaming patrons.
• Restaurant & Dining: Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to restaurant guests, ensuring a great dining experience.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, welcoming guests with a positive attitude, answering queries, and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
• General Cleaning & Stocking: Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all areas, including the bar, gaming, and dining areas. Replenish stock as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a seamless guest experience.

About You:
• Previous experience in hospitality (bar, gaming, or restaurant) is desirable, but not essential.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• RSA & RCG certificates are required (or the willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
