About the Role:
You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties while providing outstanding service and expert local market advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market appraisals.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network.
- Stay informed on local market trends and property values.
- Prepare and present engaging property listings.
- Negotiate offers and agreements on behalf of clients.

What We’re Looking For:
- Real Estate Certificate (required).
- Previous real estate experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented.
- Knowledge of the South Coast property market is a plus.
