Nestled along the serene South Coast of New South Wales, Wairo Beach Holiday Park offers guests a unique blend of relaxation and recreation. Our accommodation ranges from charming, historically themed cabins to spacious campsites, all set amidst beautiful natural surroundings. Guests can enjoy direct beach access, a resort-style swimming pool, mini-golf, and a variety of family-friendly activities.

About Us

We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to oversee the operations of Wairo Beach Holiday Park. This full-time, live-on-site position involves managing daily operations, leading a diverse team, and ensuring guests have unforgettable holiday experiences.

Complimentary to the Park Manager role, a Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor role is available for an experienced hands-on candidate. This role will be responsible in maintaining the grounds, gardens and general maintenance and upkeep of the park.

Your Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring accommodations, amenities, and guest services exceed expectations.
Lead and inspire a diverse team of staff across various departments.
Drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction through innovative marketing and exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
Maintain the park’s aesthetic appeal through hands-on maintenance and landscaping oversight.
Build strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders to enhance the park’s reputation.
About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

Hospitality Management or related experience (qualifications highly regarded).
Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate your team.
A guest-first mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and sustainability practices.
Proficiency in hospitality systems (reservations, POS, property management).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check and First Aid Certificate.
