What you’ll do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will form and play an integral part in our Head of Department structure. You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in the Front Office / Guest Services department. You will lead by example and your hard work and passion will be rewarded with plenty of responsibility and a real opportunity to shine!

You will assist in providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to the front office team; from task allocation to team rosters and an escalation point for guest or team queries. You will ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management, to guarantee a smooth operation.

What you’ll bring:

A reputation for providing excellent customer service, with a genuine interest in engaging great conversation with our guests
Proven experience in leading and managing teams with a customer service focus – hospitality/tourism industry will be highly regarded
Effective time management and an eye for detail
Passionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentality
Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required
CRM system experience not essential but highly regarded (Newbook and/or RMS)
