About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.

Responsibilities
Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

About You

Exceptional customer service skills
Previous experience in a similar role / industry
Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker

Please note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia and be residing in Australia at the time of application. Applicants must have a passport or birth certificate and photo ID to evidence this requirement. You will be required to complete a National Police History Check for this role.
