Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory control.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized restaurant
What We're Looking For:
-2 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
-Passion for the dining experience and an understanding of the latest industry trends.
-Strong leadership skills and good communication
-A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach.
