Location: Mollymook Beach, NSW
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (Approximately 30 hours per week)

The Role

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help shape the guest experience at Salt and Spencer. In this hands-on role, you will supervise front-of-house operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise a la carte dinner services, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
Manage and produce a high volume of coffee during service periods.
Supervise events as required, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
Work approximately 30 hours per week, with availability during the day and night, including weekends.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Experience: 2+ years in a food and beverage venue, with a focus on high-volume service.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and inspire both guests and a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
Guest Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional experiences, ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable impression of quality service.
Coffee Expertise: Proficiency in producing a high volume of coffee, with a keen eye for quality.
Leadership: Proven ability to motivate your team, fostering a fun, supportive, and results-oriented culture.
Attention to Detail: An innovative mindset, always seeking ways to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
Composure Under Pressure: Ability to manage busy shifts, handle guest feedback, and navigate operational challenges with confidence.
Commitment to Development: A dedication to training and developing your team to maintain high service standards and prioritise customer satisfaction.
