We're looking for an Assistant Winemaker to join our vibrant team on the stunning South Coast of NSW ahead of the 2025 vintage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate winemaker or someone eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of wine varieties and styles. You’ll work directly with our head winemaker, ensuring quality across the entire winemaking process.
What you will do:
• Assist in all aspects of the winemaking process, from grape receival to bottling
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance records
• Support and supervise vintage cellar hands
• Help manage stock, inventory, and social media content
• Participate in tastings, industry events, and more!
