Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Ulladulla, NSW. The Property Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining properties on behalf of landlords. The day-to-day tasks include rent collection, property maintenance and repairs, tenant management, lease agreement negotiations, and handling any disputes that arise.


Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have a true passion for the industry. Previous experience in Property management is preferred, but not essential. You will be required to complete your Real Estate Certificate/license within the required timeframe.


The position is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday and after-hours work at times.
