We take pride in our working kitchen garden.Our kitchen garden is planned, planted, and nurtured for each seasonal menu served. In the garden we practice no dig farming as nature intended, being conscious and respectful to our ecosystem, including our land, bodies and insects and animals.

We are passionate about growing our own produce for our eatery and pick produce daily to ensure grown cycles are maintained for maximum garden production and inventory levels for food service.

We encourage you to enjoy walking around our garden surrounds and see what you can identify that we are growing on our menu watch the birds and wildlife relish in our little patch of greenery.

Our farm HAUS accommodation is the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends , our private beautiful 4-bedroom cottage is just a few steps from Milk HAUS eatery.

Surrounded by the lush Milk HAUS kitchen garden and diary farm pastures, you can stay-in and delight in the best of country life relaxing in breezy light spaces with quintessential farm style sounds, feast on produce from our kitchen garden which we carefully harvest or enjoy our unique food and wine here at our eatery.

Alternatively, you can venture out and take a short 4 minute drive to historic Milton village, enjoy a bushwalk or visit the gorgeous beaches of Mollymook and Narrawallee.

We have a little retail pop-up showcasing Motion Ceramics and delicious condiments.

Our small team is a collective of passionate and creative people working in our eatery, kitchen garden and local community. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. It’s something we all love to do. Our dream was to share our vision in cooking in an idyllic location for our wonderful patrons. To learn to grow as much as we possibly can for our seasonal menus. To help community connect with like minded makers such as Motion ceramics in our pop up retail store and Bake Club Australia’s Anneka Manning to facilitate cooking classes here at Milk HAUS. To offer authentic farm accommodation in our farm haus and give our guests a insider view to what its like living here in Milton. To curate a menu that is authentic in flavour, utilising fresh produce in season which we plan and grow from our garden to deliver honest tasty food all cooked from scratch and most importantly from all of our hearts.
