About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
  • Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
  • Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
  • Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
  • Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
