We are looking for an experienced and passionate Crossfit Coach to join our team with opportunity to work between our two gyms, primarily CrossFit Ulladulla, & The Movement Zone Bomaderry is an option.

As a Crossfit Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging Crossfit training sessions to our members, helping them achieve their strength & fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. Approx 20 hours per week available between the two gyms. Flexibility for the right candidate.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

- Delivering engaging and challenging Crossfit group classes
- Providing expert coaching and instruction to ensure members perform exercises with proper form and technique
- Fostering a positive and motivating community atmosphere within the gym
- Maintaining a clean and organised training environment

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

- Crossfit Level 1 Coaching qualification or equivalent, minimum 12 months experience.
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering effective, results-driven training programs
- Excellent knowledge of Crossfit exercises, programming and exercise science
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels
- First aid and CPR certification

CrossFit Ulladulla is a leading Crossfit gym located in Ulladulla, NSW, and have been established for 11 years. This location is where the majority, or all the coaching will be be done for this role. The Movement Zone Bomaderry has been established for 25 years. They are approx 1 hour apart.

Our mission is to help our members achieve their health, strength, nutrition and fitness goals through constantly varied functional movements, executed at a high intensity in a supportive community, with a focus on regular nutrition challenges.
