As a Commis Chef at Cupitt’s Estate, you will:

- Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior kitchen team to deliver a consistently excellent dining experience.
- Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive kitchen culture.
- Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety.
- Demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and try new ideas.
- Play an active role in our food and wine-led guest experience, with opportunities to learn about wine pairing and local produce.
