Join Ian and Rhys on the farm for a hands-on sausage making experience using pasture-raised, heritage breed pork. Over four hours, you’ll learn the basics of sausage production – from selecting the right cuts and spices to mincing, filling, and hand-tying your own sausages.

Enjoy a sausage sizzle lunch with a glass of local wine or beer, and take home the sausages you make on the day. It’s the perfect introduction to the art of sausage making – no experience needed!
