TURKISH SPICE WEEK’ at NOMAH, is joining the ‘Meet The Makers’ Festival program taking you through a culinary journey of Turkey’s vibrant flavours.
Here’s what you can expect:
• Exploration of Turkish spices and seasonings that inspire NOMAH’s dishes
• Insights into why Turkey is the owner/chef Hamon’s favourite Middle Eastern country
• A week-long celebration of Turkish cuisine and culture
• Opportunities to meet the makers and learn about their craft
