It’s back! The ME TIME Women’s Creative Wellbeing Support Group will start up 14 February – 13 March (5 sessions)
10am – 12 noon, Ulladulla Toy Exchange opp Civic Centre.
What you can expect in this supportive group setting:-
Two hours of guided creativity (no experience required)
All art materials provided
Mindfulness strategies
Self-reflection and Discussion time
Light refreshment
