The position involves creating strategies and plans to enhance awareness and membership for the organization. With approximately 300 members, 75% female and over 70 years old, the organization's primary focus is fostering community and combating loneliness among individuals over 45 who are no longer in full-time employment.

You must be driven to leverage your current and evolving skills to expand our membership through strategic and impactful communication. The challenge lies in reaching the target demographic who may not engage with social media - what alternative methods can we utilise?
