Ulladulla Community Forum Public Meeting

Monday February 3, 2025 • 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The first Ulladulla Forum meeting of 2025 will be held on Monday 3 February. The Forum committee decided to change our regular meeting slot to the first Monday of the month to try as best as possible to avoid clashes with Council meeting nights.

131 St Vincent St Ulladulla (to be redeveloped Bunnings site) – modified planning proposal – four buildings with heights of between 3 and 6 storeys, comprising mixed residential and commercial uses – incorporates: 182 residential apartments, 50 affordable, commercial premises with a total floor area of 5,750 m2, a 120-place childcare centre. This will be the major business of the meeting. Submissions re 116-118 St Vincent are open with council until 9 February. Submissions re 131 St Vincent have closed however this will likely have a long assessment pathway and more opportunities to have a say may arise either through Council or through the NSW Department of Planning.
